A police spokeswoman and the military’s media wing confirmed that six police officers and two soldiers were killed in separate terrorist strikes on Wednesday in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa districts of Lakki Marwat and Bajaur.
According to police spokesperson Shahid Hameed, the six police officers chose death when their car was attacked by unidentified motorcycles close to Wanda Shahabkhel in the Dadiwala police station’s jurisdiction in the Lakki Marwat region.
